Samantha Gilder
resides in
Shelley
,
Idaho
and currently represents the North Custer Stampede as their
Queen. She started competing in the sport of rodeo in 2006. Since
then she has enjoyed representing the sport of Rodeo and the cowboys and
cowgirls who work so hard keeping our western heritage alive. She
has ridden horses through out her life, mostly in the pasture until
she started competing last year. This was enlightening
experience for her, learning so much about rodeo, horses and
herself. Samantha also enjoys team penning and team sorting during
the winter. Samantha feels the best part of this job is the
opportunity to volunteer for local agencies and helping to
recognize others who make a difference in the lives of people around
them. |
